We had Pat and the crew aboard. After yesterdays rough seas I was a little more cautious this morning. So I got up looked at buoy weather seen the winds where still high so decided to leave a couple hours later. Finally the wi...nd calmed down so we went out with a late start. And it wasn't long we seen our first Cobia that fish didn't want to work with us. So came up on the next one... it was a SLOB we casted out rod doubled over screaming out then the heartbreaker happens hook pulled. So after regrouping on that we seen another one smoked it a solid 40lber. We seen a couple more that wouldn't eat. We Finally got another shot at a fish that would eat we boxed that one 25lber. After cleaning up we decided to go try for a couple flounder we made the run got set up and it perfect current conditions we dropped our live baits down and fished for 15-20minutes we caught 4 really quick with two keepers and two just shy but then the storm started pounding us with lightning all around we had to call the trip. I really wish we could have stayed I think we could have scratched some Flounder out.
