The weather man guessed wrong on the forecast today. We had Greg and his crew aboard today for a full day trip we headed out and faced terrible sight fishing conditions. The clouds had the worst glare on the water you couldn't ...see 10 foot and on top of that it was blowing NE 10-20 not the expected "NE 5-10".We did get a shot at a cobia and got Greg's youngest son on his first cobia it wasn't a keeper but put smiles in the boat. The weather continued to get worse to the point where it was un-fishable so we decided to call it a day early and headed in before lunch time.
So after being in for a few hours the weather shaped up beautiful, of course now that we came in early. So Brandon, Jon and I decided to go out in the Skiff for a little action. We got on a great bite and caught 20-25 Flounders kept limit biggest was 24" 5.5 lbs and couple puppy drum in the mix.
I hope the weather man gets his act together in the future!
