Went out with a few buddies and it was nothing but great laughs and great fishing! We got set up in the crowd and after about 20 minutes with no bites we made a big move. We got set up and the current was just getting right. We started pounding them! Today was the biggest class of Togs for my fall season we kept our 15 Fish limit the largest was 23 inches and released the rest.

Nov 17.2013 Great Rockfish Bite!

Went out for a quick trip with Stacy Mann and his father on there skiff. It was a great day warm weather and slick conditions and the fish were biting! Throughout the Ebb current we manged some nice fish, Stacy was the big hitter with his solid 35.5" inch fish. We wrapped our day up with a limit of overs (28") and one shy for under (28") we released more. Its a good problem when you cant catch the under slot fish.

Nov 16.2013 Quick Rockfish trip pays off!

Went out in the upper bay area with Nolan and Jon for a hour. We didn't time the current right so wasn't much action. We did have a few bites and landed a nice fish. Unfortunately we couldn't stay for the outgoing tide due to not being able to get back in Nolans creek because the bite turned on!

We had Jonathan and his friends from Germany and England to join in on our fishing trip! We headed out and were faced with some really difficult conditions; rough seas and terrible current. We struggled the majority of the day but finally started picking at a few. We made a big move and got on a steady bite throughout out our trip we caught 20 Togs with 16 Keepers total and pulled off a handful. I look forward to our trip next summer!

Nov 14.2013 Rockfish frenzy !!

Went out for a quick trip in the upper bay area with a couple buddies. It was non-stop catching! We didn't catch anything "huge" but was extremely fun! We did pull off a really nice fish boatside but other than that it was a very productive couple hours with catching around 30-40 Rockfish biggest 25inches the hot bait was a RFT 5 & 7 inch Flinchin Minnow.

Nov 9.2013 Togs !!

Today Jonathan,Jon,Kyle and I headed out at first light on my boat and what a blast we had! We got set up and began dropping and the Togs started chewing. We caught fish steady for about 2 hours and we got a nice 4 man limit in the boat early with the biggest around 7lbs! Throughout the day we made a few moves trying some new spots and some payed off. We caught 45-50 Togs for our tally on the day it was a awesome day with great friends!

Nov 8.2013 Light Tackle Rockfishing!

Got the opportunity to jump on with my buddy Nolan to do some light tackle Rockfishing at the bridge this evening. We headed out and it was a bit bumpy at first. We made a few moves and got on a red hot bite with getting multiple bites every other cast. We quickly boxed our two man limit with the biggest around 35 inches. Then we began releasing alot of solid 20-36 inch fish! It was a great beginning to my Rockfish season!

Tasty Togs !

Jonathan and I headed out this morning before his errands. And we caught some nice Togs. I hung a nice one that got me wrapped up but after 40 seconds he finally came out worth the patients solid fish for this time of year inshore 23.5" 7-7.5lbs. Back to sanding on my boat before lunch time!
